2. Scope of Services

3. Client Onboarding

- Initial Consultation: We provide a free consultation to understand your business needs and goals.
- Proposal and Contract: A detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing will be shared. Work begins upon contract approval and initial payment.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

- Pricing: Pricing is based on the selected tier (Basic, Standard, Premium). Any additional features will be quoted separately.
- Payment:
- 50% deposit required before project commencement.
- Remaining 50% upon project completion.
- Subscription Plans: Billed monthly, bi-annually, or annually, depending on the client’s chosen plan.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued for unfulfilled services as outlined in the contract.

5. Project Timeline

- Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, content submissions) may extend the delivery date

6. Revisions

- Each project includes two free rounds of revisions.
- Additional revisions will be charged at 50% of the payment already made per revision.

7. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure approvals are communicated within the agreed timeline.

8. Data and Privacy

- All client data and project details are treated as confidential.
- We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

9. Maintenance and Support

- Either party can terminate the contract with a 3-day written notice.
- Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be charged.

- Upon full payment, clients own all website files and content.
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

12. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Paltan Bazaar, Guwahati, Assam, INDIA jurisdiction.
